Sita Yoga Seattle

Marguerite teaches hatha and vinyasa flow yoga. Sita was the wife of Rama in the ancient Hindu epic poem, Ramayama. Her name also means 'furrow' in Sanskrit, and it was said her father found her in a freshly plowed field. Marguerite is travelling to South Africa soon and hopes to start a practice there soon.
